Standard Shipping

• Singapore delivery only
• Standard shipping fee is $5
• FREE for orders $50 & above
• Estimated delivery time is 3-5 working days ( 1-2 days to process order + 2-3 days to deliver) 
• Sent via 3rd party courier with tracking
• 1x redelivery in the event no one is at home
  Leave us a note if the courier can leave the package in the riser or outside your home
• Additional surcharge of $15 for delivery to Sentosa island, Changi Airport offices, Airport Logistic Park, One Turf Avenue
• No delivery to offshore islands and restricted areas

For Standard Delivery, we are unable to accommodate any time-sensitive request, i.e. delivery on a specified date only or within a specified hour interval

If you require time-sensitive delivery, i.e. on a specific date or time only, please let us know, and we can arrange real-time couriers (i.e. Lalamove, Gogovan) to deliver at your convenience. Do note that we will only absorb $5 for orders that qualify for free shipping. You will have to pay for the balance for the delivery.

No self-collect, as our warehouse is not accessible to the public.

We do not support cash on delivery.
