Return & Refund Policy

If you change your mind, we are more than happy to offer you an exchange or refund.

You are free to exchange or refund any products purchased via our online store (soapnutrepublicsg.com) within 14 days of receiving the products.

To process an Exchange

• Send an email to hello@soapnutrepublicsg.com with your request.
• You will be required to return the item in its original packaging, un-used and in a condition suitable for resale to our address (to be provided via email).
• Return delivery is at your own expense
• After we receive and confirm the products are suitable for exchange, you may select an item to exchange for (item value to be equal or lesser than the product exchanged, there will be no refund of any balance value).
• Delivery of exchanged item will be at the your own expense.
• Note that we are unable to exchange single item product that is sold as part of a bundle.

To process a Refund

• send an email to hello@soapnutrepublicsg.com with your request.
• You will be required to return the item in its original packaging, un-used and in a condition suitable for resale to our address (to be provided via email).
• After we confirm the products are suitable for refund, we will refund the amount minus the standard delivery charge of $5.
  (For example, if you paid $60 for your order, your refunded amount will be $60 - $5 = $55.)
• Refunded amount will be returned via your transaction method, i.e. credit card, Paypal, PayNow.
• Note that single item product that is sold as part of a bundle are not eligible for refund.

Delivery cost for all returns for either exchange or refund, are borne by the customers.

As Soapnut Republic uses natural products in its production, there will be deviation in colour, consistency and scent between batches. If, however, you think there is significant differences in the product quality that affects its usage and efficacy, do drop us an email to let us know.
