We want you to love your Soapnut Republic products. But hey, if things didn’t work out, here’s how we make it right.
Changed Your Mind?
You can exchange or refund any item purchased from our official online store (soapnutrepublicsg.com) within 14 days of receiving your order.
We just ask that your item is:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- In resale-friendly condition
How to Request an Exchange?
- Email us at hello@soapnutrepublicsg.com with your order details.
- We’ll share our return address via email.
- Send the product back at your own cost (sorry, we don’t cover return shipping).
- Once we receive and approve the returned item, you can pick something new of equal or lesser value.
- Shipping fee of the new item is standard $5.
- ⚠️ Items sold as part of a bundle cannot be exchanged individually.
Prefer a Refund?
- Email us at hello@soapnutrepublicsg.com
- Send your unused product back to us (in its original packaging, please).
- Once we’ve checked it over, we’ll refund the item price minus a $5 delivery fee.
- Example: You paid $60, your refund = $60 - $5 = $55
- Refunds go back via your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, PayNow, etc.)
- ⚠️ Products sold as part of a bundle aren’t eligible for individual refunds.

A Note on Natural products
Our products are made with natural ingredients. So slight changes in colour, texture, or scent between batches are totally normal.
BUT — if you believe there’s a serious quality issue that affects how the product works, email us and we’ll make it right.
